Locations:

1. Middletown Historical Society

216 North Broad Street, Middletown, DE 19709

2. World War I Memorial at Four Corners

Intersection of Main Street and Broad Street at Cochran Square, or “The Four Corners.”

Hint: if you begin your scavenger hunt from the Middletown Historical Society, you will find the memorial on your way to any of the other suffrage sites!

3. Witherspoon Tavern/Middletown Hotel

12 W. Main Street, Middletown, DE 19709

This building is now known as Sully’s Irish Pub at the Witherspoon.

4. Middletown Opera House

51 W. Main Street, Middletown, DE 19709

The Middletown Opera House burned down and the Everett Theatre was rebuilt in its place in 1922.

5. Forest Presbyterian Church

44 W. Main Street, Middletown, DE 19709

This building is now known as Church on Main.
